Benson is a Credentialed Coach (ACC) by International Coach Federation (ICF). He has had a successful career in senior management spanning over 20 years, including the hospitality and manufacturing industries with the most recent undertaking for close to a decade being in the ever-growing Telco sector. He consults on Best Practice Procurement & Supply Chain.
Benson’s primary coaching model is Gestalt, which is concerned with clients’ self-awareness, is relationship centered, and based on the principle that change is constant. Through this model the client is supported to take responsibility, make aware choices and actions.
He has also conducted change management & leadership trainings for various organizations using appreciative inquiry and the Systemic Team approach with transformational results.

A corporate professional with 8years experience in management, customer service, training and people development. Susan is proficient in training, facilitating team workshops and administering talent assessments and feedback.
Susan is a Counseling Psychologist and a Human Resource practitioner with a Degree in Counseling Psychology and an MBA (Human Resource Management)
Rashid Otieno
Rashid currently serves as the administrator at QMS Africa and is responsible for day-to-day task management. He also serves as an associate.
Rashid is an educationist by profession having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Moi University.
